The inshore fishing has been pretty consistent around the moon phases for giant snook. Around the full moon in March I saw a 41lber cought rite next to me and this months full moon brought a really nice snook for another friend who was also standing rite next to me. This one would have gone 50 but snapped the line 30 minutes into the fight. As the rainy season starts we will begin to see more Corvinas off the pier, this 7 lber is really small and I have hooked some really donkeys this past week but they usually end up taking me around the end of the rock jetty and snapping the 12lb test. We have been getting four to six bites a piece every night and if you have the rite sive bait its a guaranteed hook-up. Had ceviche today for lunch and it was awesome.
