Where can I get neoprene sheets/strips?

Replacing my gas tank, and the old one was padded in place with strips of neoprene. I'm looking for local store I can get this stuff.
Walmart, Autozone, carpet store, Home Depot?
Anybody know?

How soon do you need it. I got a chit load of it under the house and you are welcome to some strips. Also check the dive shops in your area abd see if they got an old blown out wet suit you can buy cheap.

I ended up buying the bottom sweep for a garage door and cut it up. It should work ok. I'd still rather have the neoprene but I don't see me getting out that way for at least another month.
